This hotel served it's purpose. However, it was in bad disrepair and the room was shabby and smelled like cigarette smoke. The refrigerator froze our beverages.

The best part was the service, from check in, breakfast, check out. Friendly and efficient. The room and the rest of the hotel were recently refurbished and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Family vacation

This hotel is finishing up renovations, as it was something else before. Very close to interstate. Staff very friendly. Rooms were nice, has an elevator. Breakfast was good. Typical food with a little hot food offered also. Has a pool, was a nice place to stay and would again.

We checked in and drove to the side entrance closer to our room and two of the guests were in handcuffs with the police clearly called to a domestic. We went to our room which had stains on the furniture, carpet and fabric desk chair. We left the hotel and did not return. Was a good rate and oddly, well rated--frustrating to be a late reservation that was non-refundable.

The wonderful ladies that checked us in were phenomenal (Davina & the gal she was training). The breakfast was awful. All the hot food was cold inside. We had to ask several times for our room to be clean and for new towels. The housekeeper finally brought new towels, but didn’t replenish the toilet paper and NEVER cleaned the room. For it being recently remodeled, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done!
