First night the bed was horrible, paid for another night to switch rooms to get a better bed. Staff fixed it immediately. Love this place.

Room great..same as a week ago when I was here. Really needed to use the business center, but the printer was low on ink, so copies faded. Also, jammed and all in all, not very user friendly. 2 printers but only one "answered." Was an important piece that I called ahead on.
