Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has great potential and is cute. However, the parking lot is small and there w were people there that were taking up guest spots as they were just visiting. There should be a designated visitor area and those who are taking up reserved spots should be asked to move.
The furniture in the room was ragged. There were stains on the bedding, and tables. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow was extremely lumpy. There were caulking or spackle stains in the showers and there was a greasy handprintin the wall near the door. Traffic is loud but even louder was the sound of the mini fridge and the people upstairs. The bright light outside the bathroom shone through the widow and illuminated half of the room. The view outside the window was of a walkway and a barbedwire fence.
Then the heater...I turned it for for about a minute. Its smelled dusty and musty at first, then it started to smell like burning hair on a hair dryer and then gave off a scary burning plastic smelled. I had to open the front window to get the smell out, which of course let all the cold air in.
