The hotel was family-friendly. The room was clean and had a microwave and small fridge. They also offered breakfast. The staff seemed friendly. The location was ok for a one night stay. It is in an industrial area.

Hotel is good for location. Rooms are quiet. Pillows were the smallest and worst I’ve had in a long time. Bring your own. Also, read fine print. Parking at $15 plus $1 got transaction. Come on.

Overall a good property, but I was unhappily surprised to learn there is a $15 per day parking fee. For an area where nearly all guests would have cars it should be included in the room rate so it is compatible to other hotels in the area. On top of that I was required to fill out an app to pay for parking which took a few minutes.

Breakfast needs updating

It was a convient location for visiting friends in the area. The included breakfast adequate but had no variety from day today. It was very crowded with families so no seating available and lack of food several days we just went to a local Starbucks instead.

Great hotel, friendly staff but why parking $?

Loved the hotel, very good staff, breakfast, everything was just great. Only 1 complain that I have is why are they charging the parking fee per day? Parking was all empty and it's not like it's in the downtown area.

Becareful to verify you are getting what Expedia advertises is what you actually are going to get from the property. Also, several rooms do not have electricity in the bathrooms. They don't tell you this unless you call for maintenance. The building is old & needs to be rewired, so there is no fix for the problem, but to change rooms. They did give me some points to use for the inconvenience. Did not make a good 1st impression.

Just an okay hotel

Went on a mini vacation (aka 2 days) and got booked into a room, found a roach on the wall. They switched our rooms quickly. The bed wasn't comfortable to me but I'm a difficult sleeper so that may have been it. Also, everytime I called for towels, they never came. I also had to complain about the people above us twice. The fire alarm went off early on one of the mornings. Lastly, the shower water was pretty week (poor water preasure I guess) and the shower doors kept rolling open. Also, you have to pay $15/day for parking. Seriously...? Overall, I don't think I would book here. The staff were awesome tho, very helpful minus the towel situation. Added a picture of the road because.. yuck.
