"Linens were laundered in a prison. Dirty boot prints on all layers of blankets and sheets and stained carpet. Closet so dark I had to drop the safe door on my hand before knowing what it was. How does it open again? Ultra-modern. Not at all preserved historic part of the historic register. Nothing was preserved. A/C was very quiet! Previous reviews said this and why I stayed here. Perfectly quiet room. I would stay again because of the quietness. Breakfast downstairs and bar/restaurant downstairs were great, roof bar outside nice to hang for a visit"

"The beds were comfy, the AC was wonderfully arctic, and the staff was for the most part helpful (we requested rooms close together since we had 2 kids under 2 and ended up on the 1st and 3rd floors. We did a same-day booking so it's understandable but we weren't informed until I asked right at the very end of our check-in and felt like the agent wouldn't have explained anything even when giving our keys). The elevator will give most anxiety: very shakey, loud, and was filthy both at our 5pm checkin and 8am check out (plenty of time for any level of cleaning). The stairwell is unfortunately worst and we do not recommend using. The 3rd floor halls were at least in the 80s, so if your AC in the room kicked off, it instantly heated to a very uncomfortable temperature. Final upside, waffle house practically shares a parking lot so easy access to food."
