3 night stay

We stayed 3 nights recently. The location is convenient, walking distance to town which is great especially with the traffic and parking issues in Queenstown. Rooms are old and could use a renovation. Due to age, cleanliness can be a challenge but it was as good as it could be. All things considered we were happy with the rooms considering the location and price in comparison

The room had lovely views and a good location. The room was clean, but the bathroom needed a spring clean with mould in the bathroom and it was dirty in corners and around taps and in the edges of the shower. Als the motel could invest in some decent pillows. It was a good price.

Room was nothing like picture on Expedia. Underneath building next to laundry room which was very loud. Parking was very limited. Toilet seat was falling off. Shower had no pressure and very hard to get hot water through. No natural light into room at all. Not what I thought I had booked. Very disappointed.

I stayed here for a week on a visit to Queenstown for both skiing shopping and adrenaline and activities and leisure and I found its proximity to the town and the easy couple of minute walk into town for Lyft tickets gear hire groceries and entertainment dining and nightlife was great

We had a great stay at Caples Court. The rooms were basic, but clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The room was nice and warm, which was perfect for the cool winter nights. It's within walking distance to the town, and close to the bus line (super helpful!). I would gladly stay here again :)

Property is in an excellent location. Our room was adequate for our needs although it could do with some updating as things were a little scruffy and there was small areas of mould in bathroom. Nice grass area outside room however lawns were not mowed and lots of weeds. Outside table provided was in poor condition.

This was a great position in Queenstown. Our unit was a fantastic size but was very dated and had some issues. We did consider coming back for one night but didn't. We a glad we stayed here even though it had some issues.

Overall it was fine as a room with a bed in it. But the couch in the room had a lot of long black hair on it that showed they could do a better job cleaning between guests. The water in the shower was also temperamental and not reliably warm. Parking under the motel was free and very convenient though.

Recently stayed 4 nights. Manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Building is a bit old, but our room was, nice, large and furnished with all we needed to prepare food and be comfortable. Bathroom was especially clean and bright and bed was comfortable. Everything was very quiet during our stay. Nice views of the downtown area and the Skyline Gondola.
