The staff is not very friendly at all. The location is far from the center. Seemed very expensive. Had a big steel beam running across my window. I would not return.

There are other hotels in this area of Queenstown, choose one of those. Like others mention, parking is a nightmare, the hotel is cheaply built, and it appears not enough help to adequately keep it clean. The soap was out in the shower, there were literally 3-4 Kleenex in the box, the carpet is nasty, no towels in the dispenser in the women’s bathroom downstairs, you could write your name on the table outside the elevators. Oh and the dryer literally puts the lint into the bathroom. You’ll also need earplugs while it is running. I’ve stayed at hotels around the world, this one gets a failing score. Would not recommend.

I stayed for 1 night with family and the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bathroom is not efficiently designed. There is no actual area to place toiletry, other than on top of the washing machine. When used, water from the shower was not contained within the area, and kept spreading outside right to the bathroom door. Not only that, the washer and dryer were not working properly. Plus, when I booked the room, it wasn’t same as shown in the picture that I booked it for. Not recommended to stay at this hotel.

The staff need to clean the room on a daily basis, which at present they do every third day. They also need to be prompt in providing supplies in the room. On my first day of stay, I had to call up reception twice to get the toilet soap and shower gel refilled, which got done only after 3-4 hours of waitng and following up with the reception again to remind them of the ask.

I experienced a long delay of over an hour trying to reach the front desk, even though it was after the stated 8 a.m. operating hours. The room was quite small and did not include a microwave. Additionally, parking was not available despite being advertised as included with the booking.

We had to wait for check in as the room wasn't ready. When we checked in, we noticed the room wasn't clean. We did request and paid for a baby cot when we did the booking a few months ago but we got the cot around 5pm and we couldn't get our baby to settle. After we complained about how the room wasn't clean, we were allocated a different room the next day. Overall, bad experience, poor hygiene level, moving around which isn't very helpful when you have a 8 months old baby.

For Wyndham properties, I expected the hotel to be better overall compared to other Wyndham hotels I have stayed at. Everytime I called the front desk, no one answered. The bathroom ameneties and towels provided were poor quality. The AC was pointing in a completely different direction from the bedroom, so the bedroom was just not cooling down. Very limited breakfast option and expensive for the options they have - I would advise eating breakfast in Queenstown downtown rather than at the hotel. Very very limited parking - maybe like 12-15 spots for the entire hotel, which is not revealed in the hotel description unless you check-in. If you do not get a spot, you have to park in a Paid area for overnight parking which is free for only first 2 hours. No Laundry option that other hotels had while I stayed in NZ

Not at all what I expected from a Wyndham hotel. It did not meet my expectations for an overpriced hotel without staff to check in after 9pm, not enough parking and did not even offer a breakfast option. Hotel should make arrangements with city and neighboring parking lot to allow paying guests to park for free. Room was tiny and toilet was not adequately clean.
