Great staff . A last minute booking and we were so pleased to get this accommodation. Nice to have a bath . A large fridge / freezer .I couldn’t imagine using the freezer space . Included breakfast was excellent.No need for lunch .

Our room was perfect for family of four. Good location. Very sunny. Large windows with a view of the town and lake. So lovely! Breakfast was excellent! Also appreciated all the toiletries as well as selection of teas in the room. Highly recommend.

This place is a treasure. Fluffy dressing gowns, lovely staff, spotlessly clean, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to sit. There are free canapés and wine tastings which was a great way to interact with other travellers. The staff all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

The best b&b breakfast I have ever had!!! SO good. Really nice and clean room, fantastic location. We had a view of the lake and mountains right from our bed. Very convenient to downtown (bit of an uphill hike), but views were worth)

If I could give them a 12/5 I would!! Absolutely incredible place to stay. We arrived late a few minutes past when there from desk is open however the owner stayed to greet us and welcome us to Queenstown. They gave us a tour of the property and showed us our room. While we were chatting we told him we would be missing breakfast in the morning because we had a trip booked, so he left a beautiful packed breakfast for us outside our room!!! Our room was spacious , clean comfortable bed with amazing views overlooking Queenstown. The owner gave us a few dinner suggestions and a local bottle of New Zealand wine (that’s an Expedia perk!) Our room had a kitchenette with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some local cookies , all were delicious! Our bathroom was nice and clean, featuring New Zealand toiletries and had bathrobes Our next morning we had breakfast there and it was incredible. When I come back to Queenstown this is the only place I want to stay

I loved queenstown.the weather was beatiful.my b&b had a really good breakfast,with a view.loved qalking to town,but the hill on the way back up,was pretty steep.good exercise. I went with lux tours,and our guide tommy,was great.it was the milfred sound tour.i walked down the hill to the holiday inn, to catch the tour.my favorite place in town,was "patagonia",the chocolate cafe.fantastic desserts.this was my favorite town on this trip.my room was great,and confortable.

Queenstown House was an amazing Bed and Breakfast. Great spot with beautiful views! The staff was amazing, friendly, very warm, and very welcoming. Everywhere was very walkable and accessible. Quiet from hustle and bustle from town but close enough to walk to town. My fiancé and I can’t wait to have our honeymoon there and bring our family to stay after some time to ourselves. I’ll recommend this lovely B&B to anyone and everyone!

Loved this place and the staff! So welcoming, so charming, such a completely great experience! Our room was lovely and spacious, and it was stocked with a few items in the fridge upon our arrival. The breakfast was my favorite, with a surprisingly deep menu for such a small B&B. The food was excellent. Would totally recommend this to others!

I had an excellent stay at Queenstown house. From the outstanding customer service, cleanliness, generous breakfast selection and peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in the admiral room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a nice view of the lake. Location is ideal- mins walk to-from town. While the walk from town back has a slight uphill walk, it’s manageable and well worth it for the convenience and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect spot for those looking for comfort and easy access to town without needing a car.
