Views were incredible, the apartment modern and cosy, would have received 10/10 if parking was not a struggle, and reception were helpful, allocated parking would be nice close to the apartment but I had to drive back out to street also a struggle to find one in rain then carry big bags a long way. Reception unfriendly, coffee pods $2 for a broken machine, rules mention fines will be imposed for bodily fluid on bed, just that petty nonsense brings it down. If no chocolates in room just leave it off the advertised description, otherwise it is not true! Be nice to your guests, just a little. Email I could be late was ignored. Staff talking to each other rather than me on check-in. Need a ton of training for an easy job. Go see how Mercure do a brilliant job being guest centred.
