"Old Quebec city! "
Too bad that this was located near a bus depot: lot of traffic and noisy. Couldn't keep the light out of the room. Exceptional and friendly staff. Neat room. Would recommend: A++++++++++

"Clean, chic & near everywhere you want to be..."
Hotel 71 located in Quebec City is one of the BEST I have stayed at. About 30min from the airport, you will find friendly, accommodating staff who are more than willing to address any concerns or questions in both English and French (so don't worry if your language skills are rusty). The room was a decent size with large windows exposing some cityscapes, a well designed bathroom with an amazing shower and other clever designs to make any stay long or short enjoyable. Within the hotel there is a gym and massage available (upon request). Every morning breakfast was provided on the main floor in Il Matto, where the staff was friendly and welcoming. This is also an excellent spot for dinner (just be sure to make reservations or you will miss out on some good eats). Hotel 71 is conviently located to all the events that we attended to for winter Carnival and very easily walkable. Coming from a big city, they have definitely done something right here and they are on point. We highly recommend Hotel 71 for any traveler and look forward to our next visit to the city...We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Merci!

"Wintry respite"
Escaping to a wintry climate proved to be a valuable R&R, despite the snow and ice. The Port Royal offered us a welcoming, highly accommodating staff; a spotless, warm and comfortable room; and a superb location for sightseeing. Only one suggestion - the pub staff for the continental breakfast might want to remember to use heating devices under the hot plates: cold eggs, bacon. Why not fresh baguettes and Canadian butter?

"Charming place to stay in old Quebec City"
Hotel and staff were wonderful. The building is full of European charm- reminding me of my student days in France. Location is ideal for walking to town but just far enough away for quiet evenings. Would definitely return.

I would be reiteration. Staff basically nice, The lack of television was a big drawback..YES, we were there to see the sights, go to a concert, etc, BUT, it is nice to go to ones room to relax a bit.. Infuriating!! Barely any channels in English..They DO NOT subscribe to Cable Channel.. BAD DECISION on their part!!

"This is a very nice hotel "
Economical, clean, modern, has an outdoor pool which we thought closed to early at 8pm so we never got to use it. Room was very comfortable, no outlets near bed however, but ample plugs in desk area. Great shower great products. If you don't mind driving through town to old Quebec it's great.

"Excellent hotel in Old Quebec - not far from train"
I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Acadia. It is in the heart of the tourist action in the old part of Quebec and was within 10 mins walking distance from the ViaRail Canada train station. I was able to walk to the starting point of my Quebec Town and Country Sight-Seeing Tour. Took about 5 mins. Then I did a day trip to Montreal and getting to and from the train station from this hotel was very easy. Room was very comfortable and clean and was pretty quiet at night. I would definitely consider staying there again when I come back to visit Quebec in the future.
