"Cleaning worker didn't do cleaning on one day in three days. Staff are friendly. The breakfast items for three days remain the same; the coffee is not good, but the Chinese tea bags are nice."

"The property was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We had an early morning flight, and the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast package for us that was ready upon checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The airport shuttle service was also punctual and reliable. Even though our stay was only for one night, the service and hospitality left a lasting impression. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"To be fair, the hotel is clean, with well kept facilities and good amenities. Great soundproof! I didn't hear any noise despite how close it is to the airport. The shuttle service is super convenient and runs on time. You just follow the instructions provided by hotel and can easily find the bus. Be patient if you don't see it at the mentioned gate, it will show up in a short while. Perfect for a layover/short transit. The will-not-be-reconsidered factor: 300 RMB for early check-in at 10ish am. It's a fair business practice but a turn off for me as this is the first time ever I've been charged for early check-in (especially in China) and I checked out super early next morning, too."

"Staff tries to be very helpful, but no one speaks English, and you have to communicate via a translator on your smart phone. TV is only in Chinese, and the internet in China is severely restricted, so no access to USA browsers to be able to access your email accounts. The shuttle bus took a long time to pick us up at the airport, and I could not prearrange for them to pick us up with our arrival details. My cell phone is not China based, so could not call the hotel to have the shuttle bus come and collect us. A fellow passenger was kind enough to call them for us. Even after calling them it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. After a tiring trip, we just wanted to get to the hotel and go to sleep."
