The property was beautiful....The rooms are very spacious. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENCE!!!!!!!! Very attentive staff in all areas of the property. Entertainment can be a little better especially on the adult side of the property. The beddong can be more comfortable mattress was not the best ..But other than that I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10 ratings....

The property is very dated, and needs to be refreshed. The doors of our room didn't shut properly, leaving a gap for bugs to come in. We rarely got hot water in our showers, and most of the staff didn't speak english. (I'm aware this is a Spanish speaking country, but when you have a plethora of international guests, there should be more English speaking staff).

This is my second time staying at the resort, and it was equally a wonderful experience as the first. The staff were wonderful, the grounds and rooms were clean. I just hope that the workers are paid well from the Pinero Group that owns the company, because the staff are phenomenal
