"We had such a great stay here. We brought four families, including two toddlers and my elderly mother-in-law, and the house handled all of us comfortably. Everyone had their own space when they needed it, and the common areas made it easy to come together and just enjoy being with each other.The backyard and pool really stood out. The sunshelf was perfect for the kids, and honestly gave the rest of us a little peace of mind while they played. It ended up being where we spent most of our time. Beach access was easy, which made it simple to go back and forth without any hassle.Gaby was great to work with—very responsive and easygoing from start to finish. Everything just felt smooth.This was one of those trips where everything came together, and the house played a big part in that. We’d absolutely come back."

"This quiet place was perfect for my weekend stay in Rocky Point. Las Conchas beach offered great morning walks with an excellent variety of sea shells and tide pools. Traveling alone, I felt very safe at this property. I had some neighbors who were also quiet and private like me. I loved that it was a five minute walk to the beach and that I could watch the dolphins play every morning from the spacious veranda. The bed was luxurious and the sheets perfect. Walmart is nearby, so I grabbed some groceries ahead of time so I wouldn't need to leave once checked in.Note: There is a garage, but not available for tenant use. The electric skillet is old and my meal stuck to the bottom, it should definitely be replaced soon. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. "

"Everything was fantastic! We were so comfortable in the spacious and well equipped home. We traveled with one other family and the house had plenty of room for both teenagers and adults to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is on a lovely stretch of beach. Communications with the amazing hosts were prompt, helpful and kind. We felt so at home we didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this home! "
