We found a dead roach in the room. They only gave us 2 towels when there was 6 of us and I paid for each person to stay in the room. Toilet wouldn’t flush at the first time.

The place looks very rundown and there is no elevators, for a person with two strollers it was a pain coming down from the lobby (4th floor) to my room in the first floor! Plus not all rooms have AC!

Room at times had a musty smell but beds were comfy, view was amazing and overall the property was well maintained. Friendly staff, easy check in, 5 minute walk to puerto nuevo restaurants. I will be staying here again.

Hotel was clean and staff was nice, the down side to this place is it has to many stairs to go up and down . The villa had 2 bathrooms with stand up showers I have two toddlers with me so that was a downfall with no tub and the room had no AC what so ever only 1 bed and 2 sofa beds and they are not comfortable at all

The property was really nice. The views of the rooms in the hotel were really nice too. The rooms just need to be updated, but the views compensate them being not so upgraded.

I've been coming every year and I'm noticing that with each visit the villas are not being updated. Spider webs in the bathroom window. Kitchen utincels and cookware missing. Windows and sliding door need maintenance. Pool towels now require a deposit. $10 each towel. When you have a group of 10. Leaving $100 dollar deposit for pool towels seems ridiculous! I am truly very disappointed with the service that this place is offering. Definitely will have to look for another place for my future visits.
