The staff is beyond professionnal and polite and could be a model of guest services and welcome. Spécial mention to concierge Lukasz who is a passionate ambassador to the history of the hôtel. All this in a wonderful seaside city of Sopot. And imagine adding to this, seen from my room, the view of the neatly cared garden, the golden sand of the beach and the melody of waves from the Baltic sea.
