The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. Pool was perfect temperature for a dip in the heat. They had poolside drink service too. Honestly, I can’t say enough about the very good and friendly service. Location is fantastic, very close to Blois. You need a car Points to consider - the wifi in our cabin was practically non-existent. If you have to work here, plan to rely on cell service. As others have mentioned, the shower is poorly designed and if you aren’t very careful, water will stream everywhere. I noticed the floor is warped in several places and I expect it’s from sitting water from shower. Breakfast was not excellent. Reminded me more of a Holiday Inn Express than a beautiful French countryside hotel. Maybe my expectations were too high. We ate at the restaurant one evening. We enjoyed it, staff very accommodating."
