Hassles checking in as booking not found using Wotif (Expedia). Very stressful with long interrogation. Shower was terrible with only a trickle of warm water each shower. The room had a great view and the heating in the room was excellent. Breakfasts were average.

Very nice hotel near historic center of Potosí. Hotel is well heated, which is important during June - August. The one problem was with the internet connection; hotel needs to upgrade its connections and routers so that guest have fast internet in all the rooms.
