Didnā€™t deliver on basic promise

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel between flights because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus. The room and breakfast were fine, but the hotel was a big failure in terms of the main reason for staying there. We emailed the hotel several times to get information about the shuttle, but received no reply. We had no idea where to find the shuttle at the airport nor its schedule. As a result we ended up paying for a possibly over-priced taxi. We did arrange to take the shuttle back to the airport the next day, but it left a half hour late. The hotel desk person apologized, but the stated reason of heavy traffic was not evident to us. Fortunately, we had built in enough time that it did not make us late for our flight.

Mala experiencia desde la recepcion que entegaron una habitaciĆ³n que no era la reservada y encima estaba sucia. El acceso entre pisos por escaleras , muy incomodo si vas con maleta grande. Cerca al aeropuerto pero no vale la pena y es mejor trasladarse a hoteles mas centricos.
