Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. However, the room had an extremely strong chemical smell ( probably a cleaning product) . The room we were in had mold in the shower seams, floor edges and handles of the shower. We had about 15 minutes to eat breakfast and when we entered, there was just about no food left. No one was there to see what we may need and the room was so full, there was no place to sit and eat. The room was a small room with no windows. Just a bad location to enjoy a breakfast.

The outside of the building needed landscaping. A new lighted sign needs to be installed, we missed the entrance in the evening. Check-in & check out was smooth. Garbage was changed daily. The breakfast was in need of fresh fruit. Unfortunately, the toilet clogged and we notified the desk at 9am, we returned around 6:30p and it was still clogged. My husband asked for a plunger to unclog it, which he did. They did offer us another room but we declined. Towels were replenished upon request. The restaurant attached was fine. The hotel is dated and has paint splatters on the floor. Overall, it was not a horrible stay for a few days but you get what you pay for. Location to the Interstate, beaches and Old Port was fabulous.

Terrible, rude, unfriendly staff, no shades that keep the light out, they take money for”incidentals” wouldn’t give a receipt for it, won’t give the money back for at least a week but I have no proof they took it, ugly lobby, never going back. Ever.

It was a quick overnight stay. The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a good collection but just a bit cramped when you wanted to find a space to sit. The front desk workers were helpful and kind.

Good deal

It does not actually have restaurant or bar you have to go next door to the other attached hotel so we skipped it. The AC could not be turned down enough as the fan keeps blowing. The lamp that has the 110 outlet did not work. It’s a bit noisy particularly when the party above us kept moving furniture around until 3:00 AM. Despite all of the above, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. So for $100 bucks it was good when you compare it to the hotels up the street charge $400 a nite for a comparable room. Would stay again.
