It was a quick overnight stay, beds were firm and comfortable. Only a 10min drive to downtown Portland for dinner. Loved the heated pool and the gym options. Breakfast was a decent selection and food was hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Understanding that the property is undergoing renovations we entered our floor and the hallway was lined with toilets and boxes. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Biggest issue is noise. There were guests yelling all evening and a major party happening on the floor above us. I called the front desk after 3 hours of excessive noise and they said they would handle it however the noise and yelling continued until 1:15am. For that reason alone I wont stay here again.

Was just ok.

Lobby was suspiciously quiet- not a bad thing, but it was so strange to not have any kind of music playing at all. Room was nice- but the cabinet in the bathroom needed fixing. The door fell off when i tried to open it and it almost broke my husbands toe. Turns out it wasnt even screwed into the cabinet. This was probably the worst breakfast we experienced on our trip- no spoons, coffee was cold, eggs were horrible. Guests were going through cabinets trying to find things.

The stay was great! Affordable for a family (2 kids, 2 adults) Beds were amazing! Kids and I really enjoyed the pool and how late it was open. Front desk staff was incredible and super helpful and friendly. The interactions were genuine; not forced like typical chain hotels. Very refreshing and welcoming. With the new ownership and renovations it has drastically improved, I can't wait to take the family there again! Can't forget the free breakfast, delicious! No complaints from either kiddos...hard to do!

Terrible Stay.

My stay was terrible. We got there at around 7pm. We entered our room and the room was clean and looked in good shape, but it wasn't. Our shower had not shower curtain. One was put up at 9pm. Went to get into bed and there was no bottom sheet on the bed. (Found this at 1030 pm.) Our TV did not work. Went for our free breakfast within the time it was to be opened and there wasn't any food left except some fruit loops and enough batter to make a waffle. Nothing was ever refilled, even the drinks.

This hotel was conveniently located but it was shabby. Our room had a poor air conditioner which made a lot of noise and did not cool off the room. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Walls were thin and lots of noise from people next door. Overall it worked for one night but I can't recommend staying here. Staff at check in were nice. No one was at the front desk in the morning to check us out.

When I arrived, I had to wait at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I gave the person my identification card, thinking I would be in a room shortly. There was confusion if any room was available. A runner was sent to see if there were rooms that were clean. This took probably 20 minutes. The facility was clean and the breakfast was better than most.

The hotel and breakfast were great. And the restaurant being connected to the hotel was also great and really convenient. I didn't like that the pool couldn't be warmed and that you had to sign in on the wifi repeatedly but besides that, everything was pretty good.
