The room left a lot to be desired. It was hard to open/close and lock the door. Had to really push hard. I don’t know what happened on the bathroom but there was grout repair everywhere and coming off. The bottom of the bathroom door had swollen and the wood was “peeling”. Perhaps there had been a flood. I did not feel safe because of the door locking issues.

First of all, The Fan and AC in the room was not working. Upon complain, a technician came and tried to fix it. He could not. We were moved to different room. The breakfast - They did not have Tea bags. Upon request, I was bluntly and rudely told- Management have stopped providing Tea bags, you can drink coffee. Well, we do not drink coffee. The bathroom door makes big noice when closed (even gently closed) which wakes up other person in the room. Worst of all, at night when I went to use bathroom, I saw few roaches Roaming on the floor in Bathroom. This hotel is not to Hampton standard.
