Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the home offers an oceanfront layout designed for gathering and unwinding. The main living area opens to a wide balcony with sweeping views, while comfortable seating and an HDTV create a natural hub after time by the water. A bonus room with a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for reading or focused tasks, supported by Wifi throughout.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is arranged for shared meal preparation with full-size appliances and ample counter space. A breakfast bar and two dining tables make it simple for everyone to stay connected during meals, and barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill. The open layout keeps ocean views close at hand as you cook and dine.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, offering privacy across the upper and lower levels. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open to the balcony, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a hallway bath. The ground floor includes another king bedroom and a large bunkroom with two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a wraparound sofa, a coffee table, a large TV, and games. A full bathroom on this level provides direct access to the outdoor deck and beach path.

Outdoor living
The property's outdoor spaces highlight its setting along the Atlantic. Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck offer places to sit back and enjoy the breeze, while a private path leads directly to the shoreline for easy access to the sand. Beach essentials are provided for time outside.

Amenities and conveniences
Washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and self check-in via keypad support a comfortable stay. The home includes a private entrance and free driveway parking for up to three vehicles. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit add peace of mind. Sorry, no pets.
