"I thought that the room was super cute. And in a great location. The staff was super helpful when I reached out to them to understand the check in process more. I did miss actually talking to people and felt a little more stressed having to wait for a message through Expedia about the room number and check in but I was glad that when I reached out to the staff right away the said that I would receive the room number and code an hour before check in. The only two issues with my stay was the shower was not draining properly in the shower it’s pretty clogged and when we went to the front office area to use the ice machine it was broke. But other than that everything was great and now that I understand the check in and check out process I would stay there again. I also ran into the cleaning lady when hauling my stuff to the car and wanted to mention how she was super friendly."
