I highly recommend this hotel. A great location with stunning views. The staff were amazing, we had a wonderful check in experience. Bar staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast waitress and waiters were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean, warm , with everything we needed.

"The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "
