No 24 hours desk. I obtained the instructions for self check in but they locked the door to access the pad to enter the pin. We almost had to sleep in the car.

Impossible de régler la température de la climatisation pour avoir du chauffage digne de ce nom ! Bloquée à 22c pour motif écologique ! Sauf que la chambre était un frigo Obligée de dormir habillée avec 2 couvertures Aucune solution à me proposer car les radiateurs d appoint étaient déjà prêtés ! Et franchement quand je fais par de cela au Check out la réponse est de faire un mail ! Mdr ! Première et dernière fois ! Quand je viens à l hôtel c est pour être bien par pour être dans ces conditions !

J’ai trouvé cet hôtel assez bien, mais cependant sa situation n’est pas des meilleures. En effet, il est situé dans une zone commerciale et industrielle sans âme. le prix est complètement surévalué pour sa situation. Cependant, les chambres sont correctes, mais assez froides car la ventilation ne soufflait que du froid. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement à revoir. En effet, seuls des produits industriels sont proposés. Aucun produits locaux. Nous sommes dans une des régions de France qui produit le meilleur fromage et le petit déjeuner propose seulement des fromages insipides et industriels. Idem pour le pain, deux ou trois sortes de pain sans saveur. Là encore de l’industriel ! Quant à la salade de fruits, c’est le summum. De la quatrième gamme coupé en morceaux sans saveur. Visiblement les fruits ont été coupés avant la maturité… De gros progrès sont donc à réaliser. Quant aux personnel, rien à redire sur les femmes de chambre. En revanche, l’accueil et le personnel du petit déjeuner semble en permanence débordé et bouscule même les clients pour réapprovisionner le buffet… Je conseille donc au patron de prendre un peu de recul et de regarder s’il aimerait être traité comme cela quand il voyage dans un hôtel de catégorie similaire. Vous l’aurez compris, je ne reviendrai pas.
