At a 5 star hotel, we are used to be be invited to sit in the lounge to go through all the your hotel amenities and location of the swimming pool, dining room etc. This did not happen. We did all this standing at reception. I did speak to a lady about this but received no come back! All other staff were excellent. Fabio by the pool was exceptional. Breakfast was a bit chaotic some mornings. Not sure of the reason! Waiting 20mins for a coffee to be made was frustrating. Overall it was a good stay but felt the 5 star rating was tarnished by a lack of touch here and there."
