It doesn’t look anything like the pictures that’s advertised. The room smells like wet carpet, the bathroom is so small when the door is opened you can’t get in the shower. The pool had something floating around in the water. The bar area lady took so long to take my order, I left and went back into the room hungry.I will see how the breakfast is in the am and give an update.

Property is very outdated. Room had a strange odor, (ended up going to the dollar store to spray the room with alcohol lol). I’m not sure what the expectations are for the cleaning but the bathroom was disgusting, very unsanitary, the bathroom door had splashes all over it, greasy door knob, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and you can see that they are trying to paint it over. extremely disgusting. carpet in the room is filthy. Don’t get me started on the air conditioning, all night the air conditioner was making a loud noise and stopping. Not that I was expecting the GREATEST experience but come on now, atleast keep the room maintained and sanitary. Don’t waste your time.

This was our 2nd stay this year. We like the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Beds are super comfy. The continental breakfast is the biggest array ive experienced. My son loves the playground and pool areas. Pool and hot tub could use a refinishing, otherwise all good. The staff has been lovely as well.

Could use updating, however, very clean rooms! Front desk courteous, friendly, welcoming. Bartender...def not personable or service oriented. Breakfast with limited choices, the scrambled eggs were good, sausages and round hash browns...mehh! Bagels and muffins and bread good choices to toast. Hot tub needs new paint but was clean and felt relaxing! Location good, close to local attractions 30 mins to 1 hour away from hotel! Would stay here again, however would try local restaurants away from hotel!

I don’t know where all these 10/10 reviews came from. The hotel is dingy and dirty. Our room smelled horrible. In the morning my shower was ice cold. Then the breakfast was cold! I was very happy to leave.

The floor in the room was filthy. The carpet in the hall was filthy. There were garbage bins in the hall. The hot tub had a shower curtain on each side. There was no wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. Awful layout. People were smoking at the front entrance. Walking through smoke to enter or exit was unacceptable. The breakfast buffet was not self serve. A staff member behind the bar filled your plate. You could not see the amount being put on you plate. A huge waste of food. We have never been at a hotel breakfast buffet where we did not serve ourselves. We will never stay here again.
