This is a stunning property. We stayed in the Skydeck apartment and the view from the sunroom and rooftop deck are incredible. The apartment is immaculate. The bed & linens were very comfortable. Jon & Sergio could not have been more accommodating. I’m already torn between staying in the Skydeck again or checking out one of their other properties.

Restful and comfortable

We came to town with few activities to do. This was the perfect home base. From early mornings and middays, the large windows provided a gorgeous view of the lake and the lake’s birds. We even saw 2 eagles.

Absolute perfection

Everything from the check-in through check-out was not just perfect, but over the top 10/10. The hosts thought of everything in the space to make it highly functioning, but also the perfect little touches to make it personal. The space is beyond gorgeous and there is everything you need for the stay to be comfortable. I really hope to stay here again in the future- and it was wonderful to meet the hosts, their children, and stay in such a gorgeous, calming place.

Perfect lakefront retreat

The LoZa House SkyDeck is perfect. The space is bright and perfectly appointed. The views of the lake from the sunroom are beautiful and the rooftop deck provides a 360 degree view. There are kayaks, a canoe and pedal boat and much more. I will be back.

Most amazing stay

It’s such an unique and wonderful experience staying in Loza house. The sky deck unit is just the perfect size for our small family. It has all the convenient amenities for family life, fully equipped kitchen, brand new and high quality product and appliance in the unit, kayak for my husband, hot tub for me and playground for our toddler. Super clean and beautiful view in every corner. Our toddler didn’t want to leave this vacation house at the time of checking out. We have so much fun and will be back for sure!

One of the best places! Ever

My partner and I went for a 3 night stay for my birthday. We stayed in the sky deck unit. The views are breathtaking. The unit is perfect in every way. Jon, Sergio and kids go above and beyond. The place is immaculate, the decor is new and fresh. Their attention to detail is incredible! The hosts are so thoughtful they gave me a cake for my birthday. The kids drew us pictures. We were sad to leave and will be back in the Fall. Do not miss this place!

Lovely Sunner Stay with Lovely Family

We spent two nights. Finding the place and parking was very easy. Jon and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we had all the instructions, going so far as to provide suggested excursions. We had one issue figuring out how to use the oven, but Jon, Sergio, and family showed up within 5 minutes to help! The whole family was so sweet, we laughed and joked about it, and they took the time to even remember our names. During the short stay we tried out the paddle boats. Everything was in good condition, so they take care of the property! As we left, they met with us and provided us with two parting gifts, one being a personalized hand drawn picture by their son. I would 100% stay here again.

I was searching last minute for a place to get away for a couple of days and I came across the Loza House that just happened to have a couple days open. The place was everything I was looking for and more. Lots of things to do on the water if you want to, the views were phenomenal, the place was immaculate, and the hosts were great. I didn't get to meet Sergio but I met John and their two young children. The kids were adorable and friendly and met us when we arrived. They answered our questions with ease and then went off to play. Jon met with us later just to make sure we knew where everything was. I would go back there in a heartbeat. This is hospitality done well!

Amazing views & hosts

My spouse and I spent a long weekend in the Skydeck unit. On arrival (just after sunset), we were able to easily find the house, know where to park, be able to see (it was after sunset) to get into the unit, and find that it was comfortably cooled and super-clean and neat - all ready for our stay. When we woke up the next morning, we were delighted to find that the view from the dining room is even better than the photos! The owners of this property - who live in part of the house - have clearly put a lot of thought and love into making this a wonderful place for guests to relax and enjoy their time at the lake. They went above and beyond in making our visit one that we will remember for years to come! We highly recommend spending time here!

Perfect for just about any occasion

What fantastic property for any type of getaway or vacation! The hosts have thought of everything and ready/available if needed. The unit offer incredible views of the lake out of almost every room but offer some great privacy. The unit offered ample space for my family (of 3 for this trip) to all be in the same room or apart when we need (put our daughter to sleep - while we stayed up). Our trip was in late August and sun still strong, we didn’t notice the heat of the day because of the central air (split units not window). The unit is well insulated for any from the others. Supplies were plenty and the cleanliness was top notch. And lastly, the host were just what we needed for our trip - very responsive but committed to making our stay what we needed. We are avid short rental people and our plan is to return, we might check out another unit and without any kids this time.
