"Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and helpful staff. It is truly a 5 star hotel. My only complaint was we wanted to have a coffee on the outdoor terrace of the lounge before leaving for the airport, but after being ignored for 10 or 15 minutes we left."

Our first room soon started having a very bad smell coming from the bathroom so the girl at the front desk was nice to offer us a second room (the second room thankful didn't have that smell) but both rooms were not clean, stains in the floor, the curtain didn't work and we planned on sleeping due to an upcoming overseas flight the next day so unfortunately the lighting woke us super early, the mini fridges freezer door broke and unfortunately we weren't able to freeze our bottles we planned on taking on our plane, over all it was just not a good experience."
