I love staying at the Hampton Hotel because of the great breakfast buffet and coffee in the sitting areas. The staff is wonderful, they were friendly, polite and always had a smile. I will be booking a room there again. I recommend staying at the Hampton to everyone. You'll enjoy the stay.

Okay, not the typical Hampton hotel

Stayed here for a multi day conference for work. Room was out of conditioner and lotion, had mold spots above the shower, and wasn’t as well kept as most Hamptons. Typically I prefer this brand due to high consistent quality, this one just missed the mark.

Just Okay

Late arrival from a day of traveling. I can't speak for all the rooms but our room smelled like stinky feet and the couch was so dirty we didn't even put our suitcase on it. I did tell the staff in the morning and was told that they would notify housekeeping asap. Bedding was clean and comfortable. I had some Lysol spray that helped.

The property was clean however in need to be updated. The elevator was in need of repairs. It bounced up and down when the door opened. They said it's done that for a while. I was scared to use it. The staff was very courteous.

Better cleaning

The room was okay. Not what you expect from a Hampton Inn. The housekeeping needs to step up their cleaning. The bathroom was not at its best. I was in room 205. The shower could use a deep clean or remodel. The vents need to be dusted. Everything else was fine.

Cleaning our room every other day was a NO. We had garbage spilling out of cans, no toilet paper, needed fresh towels and cups. Our shampoo container was empty. I was told I could come to the desk for what I needed NO I expect that at a Hotel and do not expect to have to walk to the lobby, especially when the elevator is questionable
