The room was very nice and clean. The ladies that greeted us at check-in and check-out were both lovely. They greeted us with a smile and were very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend them if you are staying in the area.

Nothing special about the surrounding area except its proximity to Great Wolf Lodge, an Interstate exit and some distance from a large lake. But, this is a top notch suite hotel that I would recommend for anyone who has to be in the area. The staff are pleasant, the on-site breakfast has good variety, the small convenience store has an adequate selection, and the rooms seem to lack nothing and are well laid out and clean. There are no chargers for electric cars on the property. There is a fine pool area and a small retention pond for a view.

The property is clean and spacious. Breakfast has good options. Only drawback with our stay was that the shower wouldn't work. The knob was jammed and not a drop of water came out of it.
