Roach Motel

I booked a five day stay at the Lagrange Comfort Inn and Suites. I arrived on Thursday May 8th, 2025 and checked out on Tuesday May 13th, 2025. Our hotel room had roaches and they were present every single day we were there. I notified the hotel multiple times about this. The room was dirty, bath tub needs a serious scrubbing not just spraying sanitizer, bed skirt had dried blood on it or something that looked like it, roaches in bathroom and main room, bathroom vent was clogged with dust, AC unit had dust in it. The shower curtain had stains on it, dust and dirt on the bathroom floors, etc. This hotel needs to be shut down and a deep cleaning done before it is allowed to be opened again. Will never stay there again.

Pics on site are definitely from a long time ago. Dirty. Smelled like something green in the whole place. And biggest thing is that the pool wasn't in service and hasn't been in a very long time. If we would have known we would have not booked the hotel

The rooms were filthy! Hairs all in the beds, dirty walls, dirty toilets, someone else wash clothes was in our bathroom. Went to three other rooms and only one of them was decent enough to sleep in. No water in the pool and they ran out of breakfast at 8:30am and shut the breakfast down.

I feel a littlw sad to have to leavw such a bad rating on this placw because the younf lady at the feont counter was absolutely phenomenal. Her customer service was great. I didnt wvwn bother speaking to someone I just got my thinga and left. The room I stayed in Had ROACHES in there!!!! I disnt even bother since the room stated non refundable. I definitely spent money on a room that i didnt get to enjoy. I wont book there again.
