"Great hotel, nice and clean. Parking a big fuss, never any space left in the hotel car park (which I paid full price for every day) on a night, have to park in the car park out the back which is free. But doesn’t open till 9:30am so have to get someone to unlock the gate or you are stuck!"

"Lovely chateau hotel full of charm. No Aircon in bedroom though they did supply a fan. Limited spirits at bar & no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. However, these minor gripes did not spoil our stay, would definitely recommend it 👍"

"The restaurant was great - good atmosphere, excellent food and good value. Rooms were a bit cubicle-like with door opening onto the back garden. Nothing wrong with that but we didnt expect it to be a functional modern block tucked behind a character frontage."
