"What a great place to stay. An unbelievable location overlooking the piazza. Valentina felt like an old friend helping us with check in and anything that we might need. The common kitchen was a delightful surprise! "

"First of all, we really enjoyed where this hotel was located. It was within the city walls and a quick walk to anything we wanted to go to. We went on a beautiful walk around the walls one morning. The room itself was pretty spacious for three people and well taken care of. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, they parked our car during our stay, helped us to our room, and gave wonderful recommendations. Their breakfast was delicious and provided a wide selection as well and they also provided snacks during the day in the lobby, including beer and prosecco which was an added bonus. Overall really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Wow! We loved our stay at Tucci Palazzo. We were greeted by Anna who was so welcoming and helpful. Shared history and local knowledge including the opera that evening which was a beautiful evening. We loved it so much we stayed another night and cancelled other hotel despite no refund. Loved Lucca and this property. Ciao!"
