Good hotel overall. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they are very particular on where you sit in the restaurant for breakfast though. Overall room was fine and the location is convenient to shopping and the cathedral.

The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired.

The pool is not really big enough to share, so if there's a family of kids in it when you go (as was the case both times we went) then you're basically out of luck. The sauna / steam room / relaxation area were all nice though, with self-serve complimentary tea also available."
