Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, and great location but the most incredible part of this stay was arriving off an overnight and being given a room at 10am!!! Their normal check in is already nice and early at 1pm as is it but they were so nice to give us the room so early! Made all the difference in our stay.

The room was lovely! The housekeeping staff was amazing! They knew my schedule and kept the room spotless! The desk staff was amazing! If anyone went hungry at breakfast it was their fault! There was something for everyone’s palette! The best part was the central location and the marvelous restaurants I found Not on the Duomo Piazza! This will be my go to hotel when in Milan!
