Seems good at first but surely a let down

Room at not consistently clean, the smell of the bath room is like a dumping area. The bed is single bed joint together to be a double bed. Location wise is ok. Service was unsatisfied. Will not come again.

The "service" can hardly called hospitality service, just 2 cashiers even simple tax invoice & receipt instrument placed during check in so that next day i can have it next day check out can't be carried properly. Corridor smells sewerage & housekeeping overly spraying cheap perfume in the room validate the odor problem. Water pressure is insufficient esp when turned on the hot water.

Excellent location just blocks from the beach.

Perfect location for Malin Market and Bangla St and just a few walking blocks to the beach. Nice, clean bright suite with lots of views and windows.

Great location and very clean hotel

Very nice clean hotel, super air conditioning, very clean. Only downside was the disgusting smell from the bathroom. It has the worst smell from the sewerage pipes, changed multiple rooms but management said every room had a smell problem throughout whole hotel and they were trying to fix it.

Nice condo residence close to everything

Nice condo residence close to everything with helpful staff but with a few drawbacks.... Dining was available only for breakfast, no room service or poolside drink service. Room was not the cleanest and had to be aired out. Kitchen was not well equipped and did not have towels, etc nor dish soap. Only had a tv in the loung area and not in the bedroom which was a nuisance. Hotel did not have any tour booking and was not able to arrange transportation to the hotel.

It's really quiet and clean. Restaurants nearby. a little far from the beach. need to walk at least 20 minutes to reach patong beach overall it is good
