This property was clean and cozy and exactly as expected with full descriptions of what was nearby to locations I needed to go to. Where the sun came up and the sun went down it was absolutely perfection for morning coffee and evening dinners outside. There was nothing like looking up at all the stars at night with the lit up pool nestled on lawn chairs with a glass of wine. The pool was perfect size… we had a blast with family basketball and volleyball. All our needs were met and the communication with the owners was perfection. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is located 6 miles from the car rental center at Sky Harbor, so it is very close to the airport. However, due to the predominant direction of air travel, There was little to no air traffic noise. The house was clean and in a good location right on the 6th hole of the golf course within a nice, gated community. The pool was on the larger size and was heated to the perfect temperature (an extra charge, but worth it in March). Communication with Ed was outstanding and he was extremely responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was laid out in a way that gave us room to spread out. Everything worked. The only suggestion I'd make to make this house even better would be to upgrade the beds to queen size in the 2 guest bedrooms. The master has a nice king size bed. We won"t hesitate to stay here again. Loved the house.

Cons: Strong pet urine odors, stains on rugs/towels, dirty light switches, handles, etc. crumbs/debris on floors. I had to spend way too much time mopping, sweeping, spraying room deodorizers/Lysol wiping surfaces, etc. to enjoy my stay. We ended up checking out a day early. Pros: pool/backyard area is really nice and lots of great amenities available in the rental. It's a mature property that will need ongoing TLC/upgrades. Once the property is thoroughly inspected/cleaned after each guest...I hope it will be successful.Host: available/responsive and accommodating with pool heating date changes due to weather. Offered to assist with cleaning; however that would have been inconvenient for us to have a service provider in the rental due to our schedule, and unlikely the odor would have been mitigated by the time our short stay (4 nights) was over.

We loved this home! Especially the quiet solitude and feeling safe in a gate community. I could walk my dogs every day and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood and sweet neighbors.Another plus was having grocery stores and shopping stores only blocks away.Ed our Host was fantastic! He was very responsive and helped us get our mail forwarding situation established, and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home!
