The ART house checked all the boxes for a well cleaned rental. We stay at many rentals for comparison. No cobwebs etc around pool furniture, roofing etc, clean pool waterlines, clean pool toys, the grill was clean (a big one overlooked), and interior was well maintained. Communication prior to and during stay was responded to promptly with owner. Our family enjoyed spring break here and we will definitely be back to this rental.

Everything about this house was wonderful! Super spacious, clean, lots of little things that made it even more enjoyable such as a chess board, ping-pong table, games, etc. The pool was a great addition, but we didn’t use it as often as we thought we would. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. And Eduardo was always prompt if we had a question.
