First the room smelled like BO. The pool was out of order. The breakfast person was very late and we were told to walk over to a sister hotel to then be told oh no the breakfast will be back at the hotel we are in. Then it was very limited because the person was late. While I should have gotten a discount because I booked 3rd party (Travelocity) They could not do so. So it was terrible and I had pay the full amount. Not Happy. Won't stay there again and likely won't use Travelocity again. Also the rate was cheaper the day before than the weeks ahead of time I booked it. So Travelocity kind of screwed me twice.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a nice area. However, breakfast was not consistently ready by 6:00 a.m. and was sometimes still not fully prepared by 6:45 a.m., despite the advertised start time. This was inconvenient as someone who was up early every morning. Breakfast options were also limited, particularly for guests who do not eat beef or pork. Otherwise, no complaints.

The bed was subpar, it was caved in the middle. The toilet ran. We could not get a late check out due to staff shortages. I am loyal to Marriott brand hotels but this one needs some help.
