Great location...Large, Roomy and Comfortable Ranch

Overall great home for our Golf escape...easy access, large rooms. We enjoyed the rec room, pool, shuffle board and poker table which is a converted garage. Outdoor pool is just the right size to cool off and enjoy plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Plenty of streaming TV's everywhere. Gary(owner) was responsive and the experience was excellent! Book and enjoy!!

Weekend in Paradise

This house was perfect for our big family get together.It is even better in person than in the photos. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace in the cool mornings. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed, just like home. The game room kept small and big entertained and together. A car is needed, but two shopping centers are close by. The owners are responsive and accommodating. I hope we can come back again soon. Highly recommend.

Bachelor party stay in PHX

This property was everything we could hope for & was truly a secluded getaway where everyone had enough space to themselves. Met every criteria and really was a fantastic place! Book it, you will not regret it.

Not good

We were excited to enjoy two weeks in this home. Upon arrival all looked as it was advertiszed. We found out the first night that our bathroom had no working lights. we got thru that night and called the owner next day, adding to that issue an odor that started to appear. He sent his dad and brother over and they said they thought the odor was in the water pipe . They said they would get an electrician in. I pointed out the odor smelled like sewage. The odor got worse that night and the next day when the electrician came in he immediately said "call an exterminator you have a dead animal".... We contacted the brother again and told him what the electrician had said. He came back and filled the bathroom with water and bleach and told me to just leave it that way. The odor worsened day by day and my husband said he was worried for our health and so we moved to an empty bedroom. we were stuck as this was spring break week and our grandkids had flown in to enjoy their week. We had no choice but to stay but the day they left , we left also notifying the owner that the odor was horrendous and we could tolerate it no longer as it was entering other parts of the house. Leaving a week ahead of our plans cost us a great deal of money as we had to change our plane dates and moving to a hotel extremely costly being few were available because of spring break. We notified the owner we had left the house and why. Owner has denied any found odor and deniedus any compensation .

Wedding Weekend

My son was getting married and I selected this property for my family that flew in from Chicago. Everything was as pictured and described. No surprises, no disappointment, and genuinely a great place to stay. Working with Gary was a pleasure and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The rooftop has a great view of the mountains. Have your morning coffee up there!!

Fun in the Sun!

This was a lovely house and pool. There were lots of sleeping spots, beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied, as were pool toys. We did run short on some basic supplies, however the owner was very prompt in responding, and replenishing the items.

Everything exceeded expectations. The house was very roomy for six adults. The game room and pool were great. The privacy was perfect. I just can't say enough about our hosts. They even invited us to visit their ranch to see their world champion Arabian horses. I will never stay anywhere else in Scottsdale again.

Fantastic Girls Trip

We had a girls week here and it was wonderful. Plenty of space. A fantastic location away from the hustle and so many outside spaces to enjoy private time. What a great house. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Sometimes you find a property on VRBO, but when you arrive it’s just not as nice as the glitzy online photos would suggest. Just the opposite here. Lots of 5-star reviews for this one, and they turned out to be accurate. The house is huge and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our party of 16. The game room and pool were big hits with both the kids and adults. There was a high chair and porta-crib for the one-year-old so we didn’t need to rent them. The sunset view from the rooftop deck was spectacular. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Gary was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. Top notch experience!

Desert Mountain Golf Trip

This property was superb for our Desert Mountain six guy golf trip. The property is perfectly located near the mountain, it was clean and as advertised. The owner/manager came by to ensure we had streaming access for the NCAA Final Four, and we loved the game room with table shuffle board and pool. One of the bedrooms is a converted MBR large closet, but it was very functional. Overall five stars!

Perfect gathering place

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home that accommodated our family of 16. The game room was a great place to gather in the evenings for family fun. The pool is beautiful and the patios including one on the roof offered places for quiet moments and beautiful views. The host Jen called to make sure we had everything we needed and check-in easy. This home is close to everything you might need. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very clean, very spacious, well furnished with quality items. House was depicted perfectly on the listing. Owners were very welcoming and did a wonderful job explaining everything about the property. House was great location for golf and other area attractions/shopping. Would 100% recommend this property for golfers or anyone getting away to enjoy all Arizona has to offer. Our group will be renting this property again in the future. Also, excited to see the pool on our next visit! Will definitely be a great add on to an already perfect property!! Thanks again, for making our trip a success
