Check in was pleasant. The room itself was gross. The floor, nightstand, headboards, and dresser were all delaminating, and had stains and scratches. Several outlets were missing covers and others were broken or missing screws. There was no dead bolt. The bathroom was missing tile and the latch side of the door jamb.

As soon as I was turning to go into property, I knew it was unsafe. People who seemed to be on some substance all over the parking lot and around. They looked like zombies, i was like yup, can’t stay here, bye. Front desk clerk was actually nice and told me she would refund my deposit.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Front door had been kicked in multiple times, no door on the bathroom, no light above the mirror, no remote for the TV. Degenerates and police all night. I almost left and slept in my truck.

We never got to check in. I trusted that this was a nice motel. It was in a ghetto with sign for guns. They were asking for $50 deposit with cash only. We drove 4 hours and tired. We had to look for another room. Was nothing like the picture. It should not be on website for expedia.

The room was falling apart. The floor had parts that were sticking up and my daughter ended up with a pretty bad cut on her leg as a result. The room smelled like smoke even though its a non-smoking hotel. The tub looked like it was ready to fall through the floor at any moment. The pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. We spent 3 days with no water and were not informed prior of shut offs. They require a $50 cash "deposit" but refuse to return the deposit on checkout even though nothing says the deposit is non-refundable. There were constant fights each night among guests. I would recommend finding different accommodations

It was the worst experience I have ever had. The AC leaks all over the floor. The area is horrible. Nothing works in the room. The TV doesn’t work. The sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty and there was no trash cans in the room. Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. It is not worth $50 a night.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The customer service I received was poor, and I felt unsafe due to the presence of unsavory people lingering on the property. I also observed a high volume of different people going in and out of various rooms. The property itself was poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting, debris scattered near the buildings, and a strong smell of urine near the entrance. This was not the experience I expected, and it's certainly not the standard of hospitality I believe you should be providing.

DIRTY, SMELLY AND UNSAFE

The hotel is surrounded by homeless and bums. The hotel smells of urine and is in deplorable condition. The curtain in the room was down, the pool was dirty, and despite canceling, they charged me for my stay.

1.The room didn't have any towels for bathing or washing up. 2. Pillow was very thinonly had 2 for 2 beds. 3. Toilet didn't flush. 4. No lighting above the sink area. 5. The entry was not very secure. You could see the exterior light coming in around the lock. If someone wanted to come in they could break the door down easily. I didn't stay the second night of my reservation as I didn't think it was safe and it had sanitary issues. I have Photos if you want them. I will be contacting Rodeway Inns Corporate pertaining to this motel as I am sure they wouldn't want their name attached to this building. It is also in a very rundown area and the motel fits the area as it is very rundown also. I truly feel that I should recieve a refund at least for the second night.
