We had a great stay at this home. The neighborhood felt very safe. The property was very clean. Traveling with a 4 year old and 2 year old, I always worry about the amount of decor in a property and things the kids might break, but this home was tastefully decorated and felt warm and comfortable but not cluttered or packed with breakables. The house had a great backyard and our kids loved the putting area. It was a huge bonus to have the pool gated so we could enjoy the yard without worrying about the kids going into the pool. The best part of this experience was that the host was really communicative and accommodating. We used this property as a recovery space for me after a cervical spinal surgery and the host even went and got a recliner for me to use since I couldn’t sleep laying down. That was really unexpected and extremely helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible place for a larger party

Best stay we’ve had in Arizona, the house is beautiful and accommodated the large group with ease. The house was very well stocked, taken care of and clean. Having the pool and outdoor space with yard games made the trip that much better.

Great home, my family and I visited for spring break and we had a great time! The kids really enjoyed playing in the pool and the putting green, while I bbq’d and relaxed on the awesome back patio area. Clean and comfortable with something for everybody. Family Vacation

We were impressed with the responsiveness of the host during our stay, and the vibe that our enjoyable stay was important to him as a host. The home and backyard were as described and enjoyable for all. We heated the pool and it was perfect. Sunsets over looking the park gorgeous. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen usable. 9 of us stayed comfortably and I would recommend this home.

Great family home

We stayed for 1 week and it was a perfect setup. The bedrooms are in one “wing” and the main living in another “wing”. Made it perfect for the early risers and late sleepers. Could make coffee and visit without disturbing others. Plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed the patio and loved the pool. Location is great for groceries and any shopping you need. Close to Rockies spring training stadium. Found nice pickleball courts (10of them) with lots of players at Horizon Park. Just a great place to stay and the owners are the nicest people. Our granddaughter had left a couple of special rings there, which their crew found and they went out of their way to return to her. It was close to everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay again. Appreciate them sharing their home with us.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We had the best time spending SB here. The house has everything you need! I loved the peace of mind of the safety fence around the pool because my 2-yr old was swimming obsessed! My husband LOVED the putting green. The house was so clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with the owner - most responsive owner I’ve dealt with. He was a huge help! We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect getaway for our family, convenient location

Visited Phoenix for a long weekend with 2 kids (6 and 3). The house had enough room for my family and in-laws to stretch out and also have our privacy. The kids loved playing out in the yard. It was raining so we were unable to play at the park right across the street, but we ventured out as much as we could. The location was close to grocery stores and several food options. as well as kid-friendly attractions like the OdySea Aquarium (super fun). The hosts were extremely thoughtful, kind and generous, and responded to our inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a girls trip

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a girls trip in early May and the house was the perfect set up and the host Brett was even better! The set up of the house was super convenient for groups because all of the bedrooms are located on one side which is separated from the kitchen by a cute little courtyard. This was a huge plus for us because we had a couple girls who like to sleep in and we didn't have to worry about waking them up while making coffee. The house also has two large living areas inside that fit our whole group comfortably, but we spent the majority of our time outside. The backyard is fantastic! We spent our days hanging out in the pool which is bigger in person than it looks in the photos! Honestly the only downside I can think of is the area around the pool gets super hot from the sun, but that is to be expected when it is 107 degrees out, so just be sure to bring flip flops. The Backyard also has a ton of seating and at night the patio is lit up so it was perfect to grill out and play games. We had a blast taking advantage of the putting green that was not shown in the pictures. As for Brett the host, I spoke with him multiple times leading up to our stay and he was extremely accommodating! He checked in on us several times throughout our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues and came over twice to solve the minor issues we did encounter, once to show us how to work the thermostat at night and once to drop off propane for the grill. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive and helpful with local information. The house was clean and our kids loved swimming in the pool, playing cornhole, and using the golf in the backyard. Great location as it was close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!
