Pet friendly space! Home was professionally designed & renovated in 2020 with the lifestyle objective of comfort & style. There’s ample room in this inviting space ideal for long term stays. It has easy access to the 51 and 101 Highways & everything from restaurants, groceries shopping, & activities. The property if 15 mins to TPC Scottsdale/ Barrett Jackson/ Scottsdale Quarter/ Kierland Commons/ Desert Ridge Marketplace. It’s just 20 mins. to old town Scottsdale & the Spring Training Facility.
The space
The home is equipped with ultra-fast Internet connection and a whole house Air Purification System making the house germ, allergen, and odor-free 24/7/365. Whole house has water softener and filtered drinking water in the kitchen.

The property has a cozy front patio great for the morning coffee, chat and work whilst the rear patio is great place to hang out and enjoy a dinner or drinks whilst enjoying the outdoor atmosphere.

The kitchen has a coffee bar to help you start an amazing day and is equipped to create amazing full meals for the family.

The living room is a great place for people to talk, or read a book while the family room offers comfortable sitting with a 65” Smart TV with a surround sound system loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Disney and ESPN plus for a great movie night.

There is a designated office space for those who travel for work or for the kids to study. It has large monitor where you can plug-in your laptop for enhanced productivity. Your furry baby would be delighted to have his/her own room to stay and is conveniently located in the home office and also close to the primary room.

The primary bedroom is beautifully designed for total relaxation whether you are catching up on Netflix in bed or in the armchairs. You could also enjoy a nice bath and wine in the spa-like bathroom. The closet is spacious to organize your clothes specially for long term stays.

Beautiful property, great stay!

This property is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the coffee bar in the kitchen and several different sitting areas/patios. The master bath is luxurious and master suite is very large and comfortable. The house and neighborhood are quiet. The backyard has a beautiful sitting area amongst several fruit trees which felt like we were in a park. The host, Jonna, was very attentive and friendly and readily available for any of our needs. 5+++ stars.

Lovely updated modern house

We really enjoyed our time. We were in between homes and needed somewhere to stay with our family for about 3 weeks. This home was perfect and the host was very responsive to any requests. Well stocked with everything you need on vacation. Very close to everything you need. Food, gym, shopping. Would recommend. Thank you!
