Arrived later than hoped for. Small challenge getting into the lock box. Upon entering the room noticed it was not very clean. My wife did a quick sweep of main floor and there was hair, fingernails and a lot of dirt just in the main room. There were very limioted supplies. 3 towels total for 3 day stay, no wash clothes or hand towels and as often pictures online looked better than the condition than unit really is. Ran to walmart to grab some extra towels and food for nxt few days. Got up next morning to find the refigerator was not cold and all of our food was now warm and needed to be disposed of and lost over 100 of linch meats and other snacks. One bedroom did not have a remote for the TV. Reported all of this to management and got a re[ply they would look into it. Fridge never got fixed while we were there, no extra towels were ever brought and a remote was dropped outside of our door without any batteries. Went and bought batteries and it was the wrong remote for the make of the TV. Basically no communication after reports of Refrigerator not working and no discount onanything was ever offered. I am an owner of a VRBO and hate to leave negative feedback, but I would not stay here again.
