Expectations Exceeded

This property is spacious and the host has thought of everything to make sure guests feel welcome and at home.There was even outdoor games set up along with adult and children's bicycles (with helmets). We arrived 5 hours after expected and were hungry from flight delays all day long.Jan, our host, was thoughtful and gracious to leave a container of donut holes for us. Much appreciated, Jan.This location was perfect for us to visit baseball stadiums and watch favorite teams. The kitchen had all of the necessary pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and assorted kitchen gadgets. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a large bathtub and shower. It even has a towel warmer... nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again if we are in that area.One note: There is a military air base nearby. Jets departing and arriving do make some noise. Not offensive at all, just mentioning it.A great stay. Thanks to Jan for making herself available to answer questions. Wonderful stay

This property was great! It served all of our family’s needs. The owner was amazing. The house is close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving and we all love and enjoyed the stayed, it felt like home, everything was perfect, we will definitely come back, the host was very nice and easy to communicate.

Enjoyable stay

Jan was a great host, easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. Good central location for our needs. The back yard was great, bedrooms were nice. Loved the openness of the living space, the huge dining table. We would come back to this home for another visit.

Great Stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament, as we are frequently in the Phoenix area. We had a great stay at this home! Jan was excellent with communication and she was very accommodating when an issue arose with our dates of travel. The home was clean and well stocked. The towels were so thick and fluffy! We had everything we needed. The only feedback I would offer is to maybe replace the shower head in the master bathroom with a sprayer. It’s difficult to rinse the shower walls with the existing shower head and the water pressure is pretty light. Thanks for a great stay Jan! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Absolutely wonderful home. My wife and three kids, along with my parents, all stayed and there was more than enough room. House was very comfortable and was stocked and decorated incredibly well. My kids asked if I got a promotion it was so nice!

Beautiful Home

We were so happy with this home. A wonderful tray of pastries awaited us on arrival. The patio was so comfortable to sit out in the evening with the firepit blazing. We would definitely stay here again.
