Home itself clean. Front door hardware falling off. I reinstalled it myself to be secured. Gardening drawer in kitchen area filthy and in an odd spot. Most of the tvs could not connect to wifi. Pool was green! And hot tub had large black spots of algae in it.

I wish I could write a more flattering review, however this will function more as a buyer beware tale. My family and I rented this place for spring training on a weekend that was expected to be in the 90’s. We were looking forward to using the pool and were disappointed when we found it hadn’t been cleaned in what seemed like weeks. To be fair, this was noted in the VRBO listing, however it was buried deep on a list that highlighted the pool and spa as an amenity. We were also looking forward to barbecuing one of the nights and were disappointed to find the propane tank empty. I reached out to the host who directed me to the property contact person, who then informed me that this was not a part of her checklist and that she would need to contact the host about how to proceed. We never heard back from her and never had the issue resolved. Lastly, VRBO highlights garage parking as an amenity, however the garage was filled with junk/trash and was not in fact a usable amenity. I reached out to the host to request a partial refund, given the misrepresentation of the listing. No effort was made to rectify the situation. The house itself was nice and met the need for beds to sleep on and good water pressure in the shower, but if you’re looking for more, this may be a disappoint, as it was for me and my family.

Overall the house was perfect for our trip and well set up. The carpet in one of the rooms was a little musty smelling but everything was clean and maintained nicely.

I did not stay at this property and tried to connect with you by phone and got hung up. The pool stated it was seasonal and when checking with the contact, she stated it was no usable. No pool when it is 100 degrees is not acceptable. There is not even a pool available. I would like a refund and cannot get anyone to answer me.

Wonderful house for our family to come down. Clean, point of contact was good once it was time, did not get responses from VRBO page to host. Pool person met us there ASAP to show how to work hot tub and it was great. Only thing we wish we had was either kayaks or access to pontoon boat for the lake. Great location, nice neighborhood. The garage does smell of cigarettes so glad we just parked in the driveway no smell in the house. Would rent again!
