For us IEM is in a great location, but the age of the room and equipment is showing. The room was loud due to HVAC equipment that we surmised was for the unit below us. Since we could not control it, we really did not get a good night's sleep either of the two nights we were there. Everything about the room can use an update.

Property is in a great location, golf course nearby and hiking trails. Very quiet property. Room very comfortable and clean. One suggestion that I would have is they need to upgrade to an actual coffee maker and a larger mini fridge. But also be nice if there was a few plates and utensils to make using the microwave more functionable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staffing was minimal but met our needs and were friendly. Amenities were simple but enough for our visit. The website sells a room service option of BBQ dining experience, but turns out that was not an option for us. It really is a restaurant in town that delivers and they weren't open when we were ready to experience this.

The view and property were awesome. We enjoyed using the hot tube. I called the front desk four times during regular business hours and nobody picked up.

Clean and reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Only drawback is there are no elevators for the second floor. I would request a ground floor next time. It’s a beautiful setting.

The room was wonderful. The layout of the property gave the feeling that we were the only ones there even though the parking lot was half full. Staff was tremendously welcoming but was not seen otherwise (in a good way). The only suggestion I could offer is to update some of the small features in the room i.e. electrical oulets with USB ports would be nice, and the microwave and frig were a little dated. But those aren't complaints at all; merely suggestions to make a wonderful place just that much better. Thanks for making our visit very special.

The layout of the room was perfect, from the extra bathroom sink to the 4 poster bed, the fireplace, the patio right outside the bedroom with a gorgeous view. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit!
