Casa de 4 dormitorios con piscina climatizada (se puede rechazar el cargo de calefacción opcional) - Completamente remodelado. Convenientemente ubicado en Old Town Scottsdale, cuenta con más de 1800 pies cuadrados en una ubicación privilegiada de Scottsdale. Hermosa cocina luminosa, baños, pisos y pintura nuevos, con azulejos en toda la sala de estar, cocina y comedor. Viga de madera estructural expuesta, carácter inmenso, todo en su espacio de vida de concepto abierto. ENORME suite principal con baño principal con ducha de lluvia, lavabo doble y vestidor extra grande. El patio trasero cuenta con una espectacular piscina, parrilla de barbacoa a gas y un nuevo patio cubierto más una nueva puerta para vehículos recreativos. Bañera de hidromasaje recientemente añadida.

Esta casa de 4 dormitorios + juegos (con extraíble), 3 baños está ubicada en el centro para disfrutar de todo lo que Scottsdale tiene para ofrecer.

Configuración del dormitorio
Sala de juego / bonificación: se suponía que era un dormitorio principal. Sin embargo, convertimos esta sala en una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar de 7 ', una mesa de tejo de 12' y un juego de golf Golden Tee. El recuento también se extiende a una cama de tamaño completo (para 2 personas).

Esta sala de juegos tiene un baño de lujo con ducha y bañera, así como un vestidor para almacenamiento adicional. El baño funciona muy bien para turnarse para prepararse, mientras que todavía hay un dormitorio principal real, que tiene su propio baño completo adjunto.

Good location nice pool!

Pool was great and location was close to highway and shopping. Could use more/nicer kitchen supplies. Fun amenities, shuffle board and Golden Tee were nice, pool table needs to be replaced and pool cues were unusable. Owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Family reunion in Phoenix

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and comfortable and slept everyone comfortably. We had six adults. We enjoyed the pool and the game room and the ambience of the house. We had perfect response from the management and would definitely go back again. we felt like we had such a beautiful home in Phoenix, thanks to Michael for making our time perfect

Exactly what we wanted

My family stayed at this property for three days and it was exactly what we were looking for. My kids loved the activities in the game room (pool table, shuffle board, and golden tee) and we all loved the pool. The big comfy couch was the perfect location to relax and watch the Olympics and movies as well. It was a very easy checkin/check out process and everyone was very attentive when we had questions or concerns. Was also very nice that we didn’t have to check out right away on our last day as they let us no we didn’t have to rush. That was very much appreciated. I would recommend this location for sure.

Great property, especially for those who need TLC for their backs

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Since I have chronic back pain, I picked this property for the standalone tub. I used it every day during our stay and it was divine. Every bed in the house has a fantastic mattress. All of us slept very well. Very comfortable, cotton bedding as well. We were in town for my son’s wedding. Five of us stayed at the property. Before arriving I had asked and Mike said it was OK to host the grooms breakfast for eight of the groomsmen at the house. It was perfect because there’s a large center table, game room area, and outdoor seating with a pool. There are also three bathrooms so there is plenty of space to get ready for the wedding. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates. I think there are plates for 30 guests. We only had to run the dishwasher one time. There were even beautiful ceramic platters and bowls so I could make the grooms breakfast extra special. I also loved that there are two types of coffee makers. I normally don’t use a Keurig so I really loved having a standard coffee maker and it makes 14 cups of coffee. Mike was extremely timely with getting back for any of my correspondence. He offered to let us check out late since no one was coming in behind us. I had no idea how useful that time would be. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about getting packed up before I had to leave for the airport. It was a very relaxing stay given that we had so many activities packed into three days.

Sisters trip

My 5 sisters and I spent our annual sisters trip in Scottsdale and chose the property by the amenities and the price.We loved the property!!it was clean and spacious. The heated pool was awesome. We loved how relaxing it was. I was concerned that I didn’t receive any checkout instructions. I tried to call the property manager but was not able to reach him. I would still recommend this property to my friends and family wanting to stay in Scottsdale.

Great homebase for Golf, Baseball, and Old Town Fun

Best location in Scottsdale

I have been coming out to Scottsdale for a decade for WMPO and Mike's location is the best I have stayed in so far. A quick drive up to the tournament. only a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale or the Casino. And a Walmart within walking distance. Everyone in my group of 10 kept telling me this was the best location I have found for Scottsdale yet. Everything at the property was clean. The pool was not heating at first but Mike had a guy on it before we even realized it. (also, how many places can you find that aren't charging you extra for a heated pool??) Mike was able to accommodate a last-minute late checkout for us when some travel plans changed as well. I would recommend Mike's property to anyone traveling to Scottsdale.
