The location of this stay is perfect. Our first night we noticed the heat was not working - I messaged Dustin and he immediately had maintenance out. They were not able to fix it that night so they brought us heaters until they could get someone out to fix it. The place itself is very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! If we ever find ourselves in Phoenix again, we would 100% choose to stay at Dustin’s place again!

Great alternative to hotels for a conference

We stayed here instead of the hotel as it accommodated two of us with our own bedrooms and bathrooms for a conference we attended that was split between the Sheraton and the Convention Center. Both were very easy to walk to, as was food, shopping, etc. We were able to go to Fry's to get groceries and have a wonderful breakfast each morning!The only thing I missed is that this is a third-floor unit and there is no elevator. Not a big deal to me, but something you should know if it matters.

Baseball Trip

This property is awesome for friends to get together and adventure around Phoenix. Communication with the property owner was super easy and great feedback. I highly recommend you check this place out if in the area. Close to the baseball field and a lot of food choices. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

Great Downtown Apt

I came for my daughter's graduation over the weekend and this place was close to graduation center. It was as described and in the middle of downtown. I had a couple of questions during my stay and the property owner was very responsive. He gave me his cell and I easily contacted him(Dustin) throughout my stay. Apartment was beautiful and a great setup for my son and me. Bedrooms with their own bathroom at opposite ends of the apt. Large and comfortable furniture on the deck as well. Will definitely book again!

Graduation celebration

The location was perfect! It was in the heart of downtown and walking distance to places to dine, shop and other events the city had to offer. The home had all of the amenities needed including a washer and dryer which I ended up needing! The host was responsive and very helpful if I needed anything. Check-in process was super quick and easy. I would for sure use this condo again! It for the needs of me and my family perfectly!

Nice place, well equipped

In town for my daughter's graduation and for baseball. Centrally located downtown with everything I needed for a nice stay. Getting in was easy and the gated property feels super safe. Some street noise but not unexpected.
