The neighborhood boasts quaint historical buildings mixed with multifamily apartments or "brownstone Brooklyn style" walk up units with common bay windows. Our place is in a very nice location on tree lined "faith area". Germantown Ave private schools, library cobblestone Ave is a short two avenue distance. In the bedroom, Room features a desk, own separate 50" TV from LR smart TV, ample floorboard heating, WiFi, fan & remote control A.C. The kitchen has tall fridge, electric jr stove, microwave,etc. Also included for use: hair dryer, kitchen access, cooking pan by outlet, mini waffle maker and own coffee maker in room! -Your stay will be welcome ,comfortable and convenient!
